Guestrooms - à l'ombre des Pins - La Baule
Article 1 :
The present contract is intended for the exclusive use of the guesthouse stay booking. Our guests will be welcomed with our best services.
Article 2 – Length of stay :
Under no circonstances can the customer signing the contract concluded for a fixed period have any right to maintain the premises.
Article 3 – Conclusion of the contract :
The online booking becomes effective once the customer has guaranteed it by valid credit card on the date of thebeginning of th stay.
Article 4 – Cancellation by the customer :
- Up to 31 days before the date of the stay : 0%
- From 30 to 21 days before the date of the stay : 30% of the total amount of the stay
- From 20 to 8 days before the date of the stay : 50% of the total amount of the stay
- 7 days before the date of the stay : 100% of the total amount of the stay
- No presentation : 100% of the total amount of the stay
- Short stay : 100% of the total amount of the stay.
Article 5 – Arrival :
The guest is welcomed on the specified day from 5pm or more depending on availability. In case of late arrival, the guest must inform the owner..
Article 6 – Regulations :
Payment to owner by : cash or credit card.
Article 7 – Tourist tax :
The tourist taxis a local tax , the customer have to pay to the owner who then pays it to the Public Treasury.
Article 8 – Use of premises :
The guest have to respect the peaceful character of the premises, make use of it in accordance whith their destination. He commits himself to make the accomodations in good condition.
Article 9 – Capacity :
The contract is etablished for a specific number of persons. If this number exceeds, the owner can refuse the additional customers. This refusal can, in no case, be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the owner’s initiative, so that the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those rejected, the price corresponding to the accomodation remains vested to the owner.
Article 10 – Animals :
No pets admitted. In case of non-compliance by the customer,the owner can refuse the animals. This refusal can, in no case, be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the owner’s initiative, so that in the event of the customer’s departure, the price corresponding of the accomodation remains vested to the owner.
Article 11 – Insurance :
The customer is responsible for any damages arising from his/her fact. He/she must therebefore check if his/her main contract foresees the extension of holiday resort. The tenant testifies to be covered by a liability insurance covering his/her own responsability and that of the persons with him/her.
